Bangalore Nirmithi Kendra(U) Training and Awareness Program : The training activity is broadly classified into three categories:
Unskilled to Semi skilled.
Semi skilled to Skilled.
Skill up gradation.

Awareness Program: Awareness Program on Cost Effective building materials and technologies for the various targets groups like in-service technical and administrative personnel of the State Government and other Government departments, non-officials of Zilla Panchayat, Taluk Panchayat & Gram Panchayat, Teaching staff of the Technical Schools like Polytechnics, ITI’s etc., students from the technical schools like School of Architecture, Engineering, Polytechnics & ITI’s and General Public.

Production:
Nirmithi Kendra will produce Cost Effective, Energy Efficient & Environmental friendly building materials and components and made them available to various government departments like Zilla Panchayat, Kamataka Slum Clearance Board and also to the Voluntary Organizations, General Public at lesser cost as these building materials are not readily available in the Market.

Construction :
Nirmithi Kendra’s will take up construction of various types of buildings from Government sector as well as from Private Sector n order to show the efficacy of the Cost Effective Technologies in prototype buildings.

Housing Guidance :
Nirmithi Kendra’s will provide consultancy services to private builders and Individual home builders on Cost Effective Building Technologies as these technologies are not vernacular technologies as every one is aware off.
